She can use the hypno lure attached to her chin angler to hypnotize anyone who looks into it.
History

DeepWater!Callie was one of many people who became some of the first non-sexually created hybrids. However, she was treated very poorly up until the day she escaped from the facility she was made in. After her escape, she managed to land a night shift job at a local conveinence store, which is where she remains to this day.
